Description
A series of events celebrating the role of ritual in our lives through a contemporary slide reel of memory and family rituals, a dance event, a talk, an Armchair Critics event, and a drop-in workshops with two artists - Jane Fordham, and Clare Nias. All washed down with free tea and biscuits! Now there's a ritual! Historian Sarah Tobias will also be giving an interactive talk about Victorian Death & Mourning, apt given that Fabrica is based in an old church! And Catherine Tajima Powell will be exhibiting her ‘Traces' work for the event.
Directions
Situated at the junction of Ship Street and Duke Street, Fabrica is easily identified as it is based in a former church.

On-site Parking
Parking is very limited but there is an underground car park in Black Lion Street about 5-10mins walk to the east. There are two blue badge parking spaces directly outside of Fabrica and a short stretch of double yellow lines which could be used as a drop off point. Otherwise the rest of the local parking is pay and display.
